Booking - the process

At socialtours, we want to keep the booking process simple and personal but at the same time safe and professional. How do we do this?

 

As you communicate with us regarding your trip, and we finalise the trip details - the experiences that make the trip and the costs related to the services we will provide you - we will send you a booking form, or a link to our customer relations managment database, or a request for you to send details - name, passport scan and a picture (mostly so we know what you look like, and also because we need some during the making of permits - eg. for treks)

This is then kept safe in our database and government by our Data Privacy Policy.

 

Then its time for you to read our booking terms and conditions, make an advance payment, and the booking is then confirmed!
