Today I learned to cook like a local. When I return to Denmark, my family, friends and I will enjoy this delicious food! Pakoda will be cooked after back in Denmark! Thank you so much! Great chef, great staff and great atmosphere :)

This was a really lovely experience for me - and quite special because I don't normally enjoy cooking!!! I might even go home and try these dishes out on my friends! Maby thanks to Sakuntala and Dibya for their help and encouragement. I loved it!

It is interesting to buy the food in the local shops and then showing how to cook it the Nepali way and produce a delicious meal.

Vom Anfang an hat uns dieser Kochkurs sehr viel Freude gemacht. Angefangen beim Himalayan Tee in sehr schönem Ambiente, dem Besuch auf dem Markt und dem Kochen selber. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und die Leute waren alle sehr nett! Gelernt haben wir natürlich auch und waren überrascht, wie gut es geschmeckt hat. Vielen Dank für den tollen Kurs un macht weiter so!!!

The Cooking lesson was a lot of fun with nice teachers. They try to help you every time and they teach well. It could be interesting to spend a little more time to learn about ingredients. It was also interesting to learn about the Momo's history.
