I learned how to make parathas and I'm now sure I can make these at home. Sakuntala demonstrated very well and the end result
was delicious, light and very satisfying.

Going to buy ingredients to eating the food for lunch made for a great experience. Cooking in the kitchen here is totally authentic and gives a real sense of local cooking cooked the way Nepali's would cook.

Excellent morning, I would recommend to anyone wanting an insight to true Nepali cooking.
