Thank you for this one- of- a- kind experience. I loved the interaction and fun loved back atmosphere. Cooking local is an amazing was to promote the true living lifestyle of the Nepal culture and I would wish to recommend this off- beaten class to all those who pass through the city of Kathmandu. I will definitely be trying these dishes when I return to Newyork.
