Momo Cooking Class

The momo Cooking Class is excellent. You begin by going to the local market & buying all of the ingredients; then, upon return to the kitchen you participate in preparation of the vegetables, cooking the dipping sauce, mixing the filling ingredients, and preparing the dough for the wrappers. Finally, you help to roll the dough, fill the momo and shape/seal them before steaming. Of course, the best part is last: the eating.
