A wonderful experience! I had no idea how much prep work was involved in momos. I really enjoyed the whole process of going to the market, preparing the veg and dough and then attempting to wrap up the momo....I pretty much failed @ the circle technique but did alright the crescent shape. But enjoyed myself  regardless. They were delicious and the chefs delightful & friendly.
