Dal Bhaat Cooking Class I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. The small size was mandatory, more people would have been too many. The grocery shopping was nice start for the class. It would be nice to have the receipe in the beginning and be even more involved in the cooking. More attention to basic stuff like frying how to fry or boil the stuff could be paid. But may be thats just me being really novice in kitchen. I really did enjoy the class. It was nice experience in general. It was nice to meet and talk with staff that was involved. |
