I had a truly wonderful 14 day trek!  As a visually impaired woman traveller it is often hard to find the right trip but on this Trek for Health I felt well cared for, safe, empowered and respected. It was tough going at first , that goes without saying, but every day bought new adventure, landscapes and people.  My team were wonderful and there was much singing and laughter. I would do it all again tomroow if I could!
