Over all, very happy with our trip. socialtours staff were friendly, helpful and fun! The sign of good customer service is how you deal with a problem and learn from it, and so we feel that the way handled the Bandipur situation was a good example of this. We appreciated the flexibility, responsiveness and helpfulness of all staff at socialtours.  socialtours advised us on an intinerary, which took account of our own requests and preferences and was informed by their own expertise. So we got to see everything from ancient temples to snow capped mountains and even some sightings of the very rare rhino and tiger, the latter being the surprise highlight of our trip! In addition to briefing us on our holiday activities, socialtours staff gave us insights into Nepali culture, society and also lots of useful information on socially responsible tourism in Nepal - without forcing thing on us. We are going home with lots of happy memories and hope to return one day to do one of those treks!
