Jomsom- Muktinath Trek
We had an amazing time, saw such beatiful scenery. The food and accommodation was excellent, great variety - we never went hungry. Our guide, Yuba Raj was brilliant, always made sure we were looked after, had good rooms and were full of food. He was very informative, always making sure we were happy.
The trek itself was very easy, only a couple of slightly tough days. The People of Nepal are the friendliest i have met while travelling.I'd definitely recommend this trek to anyone and would love to come back one day to do another.

Royal Trek, Bandipur Tour, Pokhara Tour

We travelled from Kathmandu to Pokhara by private jeep stopping at Manakamana and staying at Bandipur for two nights. We then went trekking for three days on the Royal Trek with our own guide and porters before onward travel to Chitwan to meet friends. This was a fantastic tour expertly arranged and managed by socialtours to include the destinations we wanted to visit and to suit our holiday dates and timescale. The online booking was done through a personal trip consultant who was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Social Tours to anyone visiting Nepal.

Annapurna Sanctuary Trek14 Days, March- April 2008
All the arrangements you made for us were absolutely excellent. Dinner with you was lovely. The flights to and from Pokhara, the accommodation in Pokhara, and most of all, the trek, were all splendid. Phurba Sherpa is an outstanding guide. He looked after us wonderfully every step of the way. He is so competent that we felt entirely safe and secure under his guidance. In addition, his knowledge of the countryside really enhanced the whole trek. Also, he is such fun, it was a joy to walk with him. The porters, Ringie and Lappa, were unfailingly cheerful; they were kind and helpful far beyond their role as porters. Both will, I am sure, make excellent guides if they take on that extra responsibility. For all four of us, the holiday was a memorable experience. We all fell in love with the landscape and people of Nepal,and hope to visit you again in the future.
