Bipin our Trip Consultant handled all of our emails as soon as he received them and was informative and helpful in spite of our constant questions. He changed our booking and group numbers on more than one occasion and was always polite and friendly. In person he was just the same – we had a great night out with our hosts, a lovely ride to Chitwan (in spite of our silent driver!) and all in all a fantastic experience. I would be delighted to recommend Social tours to organize a trip in Nepal. They organized every day of our 15 days which included white water rafting, a city tour of Katmandu, safari in chitwan, mountain flight and trekking. The people we met and dealt with within socialtours were lovely and very competent and actually cared about you having a good time and seeing the best of their country. Each part of the trip they organized for us was with the most reputable tour company for that excursion within Nepal and we would not have changed any of it. As a middle aged woman I was slightly apprehensive about taking this trip, trekking, whitewater rafting and safari I felt might be too ambitious. How wrong I was, I found the holiday challenging, awe inspiring and discovered I could rise to the challenges set but never felt over faced. I really liked being able to pop into the office, and the informal and friendly nature of the people there. I felt i got a very personal service. People were very helpful and made things happen. I also really appreciated being taken out for dinner on the first night.

This is a great way to do a trip to Nepal. We got all the benefits of a group tour without the group! SocialTours did a great job planning every step of the journey and still gave us time to explore on our own.
