The LifeAdventures Life Coaching and Personal Development was founded by Gill Maharjan in 2008. The purpose of LifeAdventures is to enable people to realise their own individual potential. Gill works closely with her colleague Mel Gauci in order to offer life coaching, plus a range of training workshops on personal development, mental health and well being and positive staff management approaches.
Initially based in the UK, Gill has now relocated to Kathmandu, but still travels regularly between Nepal and the UK. As well as her wealth of experience in working with individuals regarding problem solving and personal development, Gill was one of the founding directors of the award winning British social enterprise Building Blocks Solutions. This innovative organisation provides a range of services promoting positive mental health and well being. Gill has aways been a champion of providing individuals with a positive and creative working environment, reaching the British National Business Awards on behalf of Building Blocks Solutions on 3 occasions as employer of the year, workplace of the year and also for their approach to Corporate Social Responsibility. Gill has been a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts since 2008 - but you will be pleased to know that she hasn't let this go to her head!
