On this trip, we combine a 14 day trek in the picturesque Langtang Region, portions of which will be in high altitudes, with a doctor controlled daily nutrition regimen during the trek, which will ensure that the effects of the exercise during the trip will be long lasting. Most of the foods in the villages of Nepal are organic, and the doctor will determine what suits your condition the best. We also include some meditation and Yoga techniques during the trek. OK, we also reward you in the end with a Jungle Safari in Chitwan (when you can reflect on really changing your lifestyle now, or recover back the lost weight)
