Trekking can be strenuous, and the Nepali trails and the multi-day activity can test your body in many ways, physically and mentally. Understanding the process and your body while trekking can help reduce injuries and keep trekking fun.

In an hour a strength/health coach will give you a toolbox of breathing and stretching exercises to reduce muscle ache and keep feeling fit and fine in the mountains whilst being on trek.

Join our experts for a small group class at the beautifully done green space at Kar.ma Coffee @ HUB, Thamel.

One of the trainers we have is Carlijn - she is Dutch and for as long as she can remember she has had an interest in traveling and discovering the world. In 2007, she took her first yoga class in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She became inspired by the practice of yoga and practiced wherever she went. After her first Yoga Teacher Training, in 2014, she has started to share and spread her passion for yoga, whilst she discovers the world. Since 2017 she has settled in Nepal.

You can always continue this into a wonderful breakfast at Karma Coffee.
